Low Season May 1st to Nov 15:

3-4 guests US $1,290.00 + 11% tax

5-6 guests US $1,390.00 + 11% tax

High Season Nov 16 to April 30:

1-2 guests US $1,390.00 + 11% tax

3-4 guests US $1,490.00 + 11% tax

5-6 guests US $1,590.00 + 11% tax

No charge for kids under the age of 12 years.

Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week

11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
 

Cleaning Fee: US $150

Security deposit: US $500

Minimum stay: 7 days

Christmas and Easter: rental rate/week + 10%

We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
