Saratoga, Alhambra, Weatherly and Shamrock. The home was
built in 2006 and completely renovated in 2010. This
spacious 3 bedroom + DEN / 2 bath pool home with a 2 car
garage is located in a GREAT SW Cape neighborhood. The
pool is eclectic heated and there is plenty of space for
sunbathing on the screened in lanai.
The home has a wonderful
open floor plan with a formal dining room, living room
and a breakfast nook, with volume ceilings and large
windows. The main areas of the home have designer
ceramic tile on the diagonal, wood-like floors in the
den and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has wooden
cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel
