richly refurnished with new tropical Tommy Bahama furniture
in 2010. With 2200 square feet of living space including 3
bathrooms with showers, one with a tub, living room, dining
room, kitchen, den and laundry, there is room for the whole
family or a large group of friends. Open floor plan for
entertaining, yet plenty of privacy for all. The master
bedroom has a king sized bed and two guestrooms each have 2
twin beds, sleeping a total of six plus portable mattresses
if desired. Both the den and living room have televisions
(including a brand new 52” flat screen) with DISH satellite
service and a BOSE music system.
Boaters will love the 2
minute, around the corner, no bridge access to the river.
It’s a quick half hour ride to Sanibel or Captiva and the
Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun park and restaurant stops in
