Villa Palm Garden is located in SE Cape Coral with great Golf Courses nearby and is ideal for boaters as it is situated on a canal with 2 boat docks and has gulf access within 20 to 30 minutes. The pool has southern exposure and is solar as well as electric heated. A nice plus are jets on the side of the pool, which can be used for back massages. The waterfall and Dolphin-water-jet are great additional options that can be turned on. You can enter the pool area from the living room, master bedroom and guest room. On the pool deck you have a pool shower and a pool bath for your convenience.

Furthermore the house features 3 bed rooms, 2 full bathrooms and one pool bath (as mentioned) and has a 3 car garage with automatic garage door opener. The living area is fully acclimatized and each room is equipped with a fan and the pool area has 2 fans.

Villa Palm Garden has a oversized lanai of 150m2 over the entire length of the house with lots of plants which offer a little jungle feeling and you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the tiki bar. The outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and the BBQ can be used to prepare a nice dinner. Outside the lanai at dusk 4 light as well as the boat dock light will go on for 3 hours and lighten up the Palm Trees and parts of the pool area for a comfortable and relaxing evening.

Inside the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, tee kettle, toaster, el. can opener, blender, refrigerator with ice and water. There will be a laptop for your use with wireless high speed internet set up as well as head set, scanner and printer. Furthermore the house features 3 TV's - one in the living room, one in the master bed room and one in the pool area. There will be a DVD-Player and you can connect your I-Pod or MP3-Player and listen to your favorite music. The house is a non-smoking unit. However, you are allowed to smoke on the pool deck. The house also comes with 2 bikes and in addition there is home trainer and also a ping-pong table available for you to use.
