Villa Melanie is a lovely villa with a comfortable living room with TV/VCR/DVD Player and stereo. Enjoy the split floor plan with two king sized master bedrooms, one queen sized bedroom and one twin sized bedroom. The villa was built in 2001 and it comes with a beautiful electric heated pool & spa. The house has also a brand new boat dock and we can help you to find the right rental boat for you. There are nice water restaurants close by. Located in the NW section of Cape Coral, you have easy access (only one lift) to the Gulf of Mexico.

Price per week:		Low Season May 1st to Nov 15: Up to 4 guests $935/week + 11% Tax High Season Nov 16 to April 30: Up to 4 guests $1,1375/week + 11% Tax Each additional guest $75/week. No charge for kids under the age of 12 years.
Additional charges:		Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week (additional use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH)
Tax:		11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
Other:		Cleaning Fee: US $140 Security deposit: US $500 Minimum stay: 7 days
We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
