decorated in high quality standard. Villa Sunset Paradise offers all
comfort and an oversized pool area with whirlpool. Enjoy your
evenings with lighted palms trees, beautiful lanai lightning and
champagne in the whirlpool with classic music. Deck chairs, pool
furniture and an outside kitchen with electro grill are available
for unforgettable hours in paradise! All bedrooms and bathrooms are
decorated generously and exclusively so that all guests feel
comfortable. You stay at the the champagne room, asia room or in
the junior suite.
Other features: The villa has TV's in all bedrooms and
some bedrooms are equipped with DVD-player (German DVD's can be
played also). There is a big screen TV in the living room. Faster,
free Internet access (W LAN), also available wireless with 2.4 GHZ.
The stereo system can be controlled in the entire house and pool
area.
Location: Very wide canal with access to the Gulf of
Mexico, without bridge or lock. 5 minutes to the River. Very save
location. Boaters dream!
Pool: Heated pool (solar and electric) with chairs and
table for the happy hour & extra large whirlpool with 76 nozzles.
