It is only minutes away from all shopping and dining and also in walk distance to the Eco Park where you can rent canoes/kayaks, walk or hike on an approx. 5,000 feet boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful nature. This home has a huge pool area with solar heated pool and spa. Enjoy your dinner with Florida's beautiful sunsets.

Low Season May 1st to Nov 15:

Up to 6 guests $1,100/week + 11% Tax

High Season Nov 16 to April 30:

Up to 6 guests $1,250/week + 11% Tax

 

No charge for kids under the age of 12 years.

 
Additional charges:  

Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week

(additional use will be settled by the deposit with

US $0.12/KWH)
 
Tax:  

11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
 
Other:  

Cleaning Fee: US $140

Security deposit: US $500

Minimum stay: 7 days

Christmas and Easter min. stay 14 days plus 10%


We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
