Description:
Located in a
beautiful neighborhood, this home overlooks a Gulf access canal and
offers everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation. This home
features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and about 2,150 SF of living area under
air.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher,
large refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, and
glass top stove. Washer and dryer can be found in the separate laundry
room. The spacious living room offers modern furnishings, a flat
screen TV, and a DVD player. The second flat screen TV was
placed in the master bedroom. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.
Two other bedrooms feature Queen size beds, while the fourth bedroom
has two Twin beds. Dishes, linens, towels, beach and pool towels are
all provided.
The huge patio area is screened in, offering a table and six chairs, a
BBQ grill. Come and enjoy the oversized pool, or sit on the dock under
the tiki hut.
