The villa has 1,935 sqft of
living space, a well-tended garden on the water and a large
pool area with shaded lanai.
It was built in 2003,
renovated in January 2011 and furnished new. The spacious
living area is divided into two areas, the living room and
the lounge. The living room is equipped with a 50 'flat
screen TV, cable, blue-ray and DVD player and a comfortable,
spacious sectional. Great for Family movie nights! The
lounge offers a small sofa, two recliner seats, and a CD
radio with iPhone access. It is a perfect area for a nice
nap, daydreaming or to read a good book!
The kitchen is equipped for 7
people; it supplies all necessary equipment and leaves no
wishes unfulfilled. The dining table is next to the open
kitchen, it may be a smaller, cozy table for an intimate
atmosphere, or can be extended for big family dinners! The
villa has a large main bedroom with bathroom, equipped with
2 sinks, jacuzzi tub and large shower. The two guest
bedrooms share another bathroom with tub.
The villa offers short
distances to all well-known supermarket chains on Del Prado
Boulevard and Pine Island Road. Family restaurants like
Applebees, Olive Garden, IHOP, and Outback Steak House can
be reached within 5 to 10 minutes. The Sun Splash Family
Water Park with its thrilling water slides and two dozen wet
and dry attractions is only a few miles away.
The Cape Coral beach with a
large children's playground and the marina can be reached
within 10 minutes. From there you can get on a boat
excursion and observe dolphins in their natural environment,
or on a boat tour to the offshore mangrove islands and all
the way to Key West.
The gorgeous beaches of
Sanibel Island, Captiva, Fort Myers and Bonita Springs are
only about 30 minutes driving time away. The villa is also
an excellent starting point for many day trips, such as to
the Everglades, the Myakka State Park, Bush Gardens in Tampa
or Disney World, Sea World and the Universal Studios in
Orlando. However, if you do not feel up to all the
excitement and rather relax at home, you may do so on the
shady lanai at Villa Hannah’s comfortable pool area. |
