Villa Gloria features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Boat dock and boat lift with quick Gulf access. Ask us about boat rentals.

Price per week:		Low Season May 1st to Nov 15: 1-2 guests US $ 875.00 + 11% tax 3-4 guests US $1,030.00 + 11% tax 5-6 guests US $1,250.00 + 11% tax High Season Nov 16 to April 30: 1-2 guests US $1,030.00 + 11% tax 3-4 guests US $1,250.00 + 11% tax 5-6 guests US $1,440.00 + 11% tax No charge for kids under the age of 10 years.
Additional charges:		Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week (additional use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH)
Tax:		11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
Other:		Cleaning Fee: US $130 Security deposit: US $500 Minimum stay: 7 days Christmas and Easter: rate plus 20%
We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
