The house is situated in a ample garden with an old tree population and offers plenty of space on its living area of 1375 sq. ft. Living room and dining area are tiled to make cleaning easy and connected with the open kitchen by a breakfast bar. In the separate and well equipped laundry / utility room you find sufficient linen and towels. The patio / lanai, accessible from the dining area, is equipped with 10 chairs to accommodate a good number of visitors and borders directly on the pool (with separate whirlpool). The house has a solar-powered heating and a garage for one car. The docks and piers between Villa Erica and Villa Jennifer have been rebuilt in 2006. With its inviting seats surrounded by stylish lamps you will find a nice place with view onto the canal. Towards the canal the whole area is protected by illuminated posts and reeling ropes.
