High Season Nov 16 to April 30:

Up to 6 guests $1,110/week + 11% Tax

Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week

11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
 

Cleaning Fee: US $150

Security deposit: US $400

Minimum stay: 7 days
Christmas and Easter min. stay 7 days plus 10%

We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
