This is a very nice 2550 sq ft home under air with 4 bedrooms ( 4th bedroom has a pull out sleeper ) 2 bathrooms and a very nice disappearing edge heated pool. The house is located in the SW part of Cape Coral on Rosemary lake - come and enjoy the spectacular water views. The patio offers west exposure, inviting guests to relax by the pool and watch the sunsets. The house comes also with lots of extras like a boat dock with a lift and a very nice gourmet kitchen. The open water is just 10-15 minutes away by boat

Price per week:		Low Season May 1st to Nov 15: Up to 4 guests $1,199.00/week + 11% Tax High Season Nov 16 to April 30: Up to 4 guests $1,530/week + 11% Tax Each additional guest $100/week. No charge for kids under the age of 12 years.
Additional charges:		Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week (additional use will be settled by the deposit with US $0.12/KWH)
Tax:		11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
Other:		Cleaning Fee: US $140 Security deposit: US $500 Minimum stay: 7 days
We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
