Price per week:

Low Season May 1st to Nov 15:

Up to 4 guests $1,150/week + 11% Tax

High Season Nov 16 to April 30:

Up to 4 guests $1,300/week + 11% Tax

Each additional guest $75/week.

No charge for kids under the age of 12 years.

Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week

(additional use will be settled by the deposit with

US $0.12/KWH). Unless otherwise stated in rental agreement.
 

11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
 

Cleaning Fee: US $150

Security deposit: US $500

Minimum stay: 7 days

Christmas and Easter: 14 days and plus 10%

Master bedroom and bathroom reserved for owner use only.

We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
