Villa Bella is a beautiful luxury home with 4 bedrooms, den with TV and pull out couch, 3.5 bath, oversized heated pool with a spa and you also have another spa connected to the master suite.

The house offers more than 4000 sqft under air and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, 4 TV's, wireless high speed internet access, large boat dock with lift and lots more.  It is located in the SW part of Cape Coral on a canal and you have a wonderful view down the canal from the pool or from the second floor of the home. The river is just a few minutes away by boat

Low Season May 1st to Nov 15:

Up to 4 guests $1,540/week + 11% Tax

High Season Nov 16 to April 30:

Up to 4 guests $2,180/week + 11% Tax


Each additional guest $100/week.

No charge for kids under the age of 12 years.

 
Additional charges:  

Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week

(additional use will be settled by the deposit with

US $0.12/KWH)
 
Tax:  

11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)
 
Other:  

Cleaning Fee: US $180

Security deposit: US $500

Minimum stay: 7 days


We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
