Villa Alicia is located just a 3 minute walk away from Cape Coral Beach as well as close to Shopping, Dining and Entertainment locations. You can see the river and the beach from your lanai, which has southern exposure. The 2,300 sqft. home, built end of 2006 is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, granite counter top kitchen, stainless steel appliances and a big screen TV. The electric heated pool is surrounded by a roomy lanai. Villa Alicia is decorated with high end furnisher and has wireless high speed internet.

Low Season May 1st to Nov 15:

1-2 guests US $ 999.00 + 11% tax

3-4 guests US $1,125.00 + 11% tax

5-6 guests US $1,250.00 + 11% tax
7-8 guests US $1,375.00 + 11% tax
No charge for kids under the age of 10 years

High Season Nov 16 to April 30:

1-2 guests US $1,250.00 + 11% tax

3-4 guests US $1,375.00 + 11% tax

5-6 guests US $1,500.00 + 11% tax
7-8 guests US $1,625.00 + 11% tax
No charge for kids under the age of 10 years

Additional charges:
Rate includes electricity up to US $25.00 per week

(additional use will be settled by the deposit with

US $0.12/KWH)

Tax:
11% Florida Tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax)

Other:
Cleaning Fee: US $150

Security deposit: US $500

Minimum stay: 7 days

10% rebate for rentals of 4 weeks or more
Christmas and Easter plus 10%

We only require a 25% down payment to hold your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
